TechAssure Names New UK Member
TechAssure has named Innovation Broking as it’s newest member.
Innovation Broking is an independent commercial insurance brokerage, based near London, that caters to middle-market technology clientele. Paul Dickson and Howard Pearson, both well-regarded experts in the industry, launched Innovation Broking earlier in the year.
“Our focus has always been working with companies seeking knowledgeable and expert board-level partnerships,” said Dickson. “We have been fortunate to work with a number of complex, mid-market technology firms through the years. We understand their needs and desires and can translate that into proper insurance and risk management program design.”
Innovation Broking is dedicated to managing the full range of business risks, including data breach and cyber liability, corporate governance exposures, D&O, E&O and more. They have brought together a team of insurance experts that come from a variety of insurance brokerages across the UK, making them unique in the market.
This marks second time Paul Dickson and Howard Pearson have been involved with TechAssure. Dickson, most recently, was a member as the technology practice leader of Giles Insurance. Pearson was involved with the association during his tenure as life science practice lead at Miller. Dickson will serve as Innovation Broking’s representative on TechAssure’s Board of Directors.
